Hosting

This site is a static website served from our own server. When you visit, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address to the server so the page can be delivered, and the web server writes it to an access log. TODO: name the hosting provider and server location, legal basis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), data processing agreement with the provider, and how long access logs are kept (configure log rotation to match)

Fonts

All fonts are served from this website. No requests are made to Google Fonts or other font services.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. TODO: after deploying, confirm in the browser dev tools that no cookies are set (e.g. by a CDN or reverse proxy in front of the server), or update this section

Data stored in your browser

The rent check remembers your last district and flat size, and the arrival checklist remembers which items you ticked. Both are stored only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us. You can clear them at any time, for example with the checklist's "Clear all ticks" button or your browser settings.

Content management

The editing area at /admin/ is used only by the site's editors. It signs in with GitHub and talks to GitHub directly from the editor's browser; visitors of the site are not affected.

The newsletter has not launched yet. The signup form does not send or store your email address. TODO: when a provider is connected, describe the provider, double opt-in, legal basis and how to unsubscribe
